Canyon Run 9/28
« on: September 29, 2014, 01:23:49 am »
Stole my brother's Nikon D5200 w/ basic 18-55mm lens and took a cruise through the nearby mountains earlier today. First time I've shot with this camera, basically just left it on whatever settings he had from before and messed around. Should have taken it off of auto focus for one or two shots but overall not bad.

It looks like you had a nice run up Provo Canyon and South Fork. That area is beautiful as the colors change. I spent my first semester in college living in a little house in Vivian Park. I will have to keep an eye out for you car in town.

Yeah. Four guys crammed into a one bedroom shack during a particularly snowy winter. I used to go out at 5am in a robe and boots to push my brother's car out of the snow so he could get to work. It was a lot of fun. The area has changed a lot since then but it is still very nice.
